Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Program Control Analyst for an exciting opportunity in the national security community.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Performs complex financial analysis of budgets and schedules needed to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program or programs
  • Acts as a key technical expert on financial analysis issues
  • Coordinates, negotiates and resolves financial compliance issues with various governmental agencies to ensure accurate interpretation of contract requirements
  • Establishes and defines program plan requirements for assigned work
  • Coordinates interdepartmental development of program plans and interfaces with vendors and customers as required
  • Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual cost and schedule objectives are met

Position Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Business related discipline (advanced degrees preferred) and 6 years of
    experience – OR – High School Diploma and 10 years of experience.

  • Work experience in financial, budgetary, and accounting concepts and practices, serving as a resource manager to multiple customers performing budget/financial analysis and forecasting as well as audit expertise in the fields of Acquisition, Program Control, Procurement, Project Management, or Financial Management with the IC or DoD.

Clearance Requirements:

  • TS/SCI with polygraph

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
