Job Summary
The Transportation Business Line of AECOM is actively seeking a Roadway Construction Inspector (Level II) for upcoming construction projects with the West Virginia Division of Highways. This qualified Project Inspector applicant will provide inspection support services to project location across WVDOH.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversees and Perform field inspections to monitor road conditions, bridges, road construction, and traffic, and material using in road construction and repair.
Reviews construction, maintenance or traffic projects for compliance with project specifications and plans.
Compile quantities and reviews construction reports and other data.
Participate in various contractual meetings

Minimum Requirements
A minimum of 8 years of experience with State DOT Transportation Projects focusing on the supervisory of construction inspection and contract compliance. Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation required. Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs needed.
Candidates will be required to achieve certification in the field testing procedures in concrete, soil aggregate, hot mix asphalt and National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) certification may be required.
