Canada - Ontario, Kincardine
AECOM Canada Nuclear Operations (ACNO) needs an Onboarding Coordinator to join our team out of Kincardine, ON. The job incumbent will be responsible for helping organize all paperwork and clearances needed to get employees to site. This is a part-time, on-call position.
Major Responsbilities include:
Coordination of all security clearance paperwork for Bruce Site access
Coordination of all security clearance paperwork for Bruce Site access for temporary sub-contractors
Coordination off all NGET and CBT training for new hires
On-boarding and Off-boarding of personnel from Bruce Power Site; including but not limited to the inputting of employees in Work Day (Bruce Power) Data base to activate employee numbers. Ensuring the collection of all prox cards, and adherence to the Bruce Power Exit Check list upon termination. Update end date of terminated employees in Work Day data base.
Coordination and scheduling of Orange Badge training for Bruce Power
Coordination of Rad Paperwork to Rad Data
Coordination of hire on and EPSCA paperwork.
Calculation of travel rates according to Collective Agreements; sign off approvals on EPSCA Daily travel and Room and Board applications to forward to Payroll Department.
Completion of time sheets for new hires while in training.
Job incumbent should have no less than a High School Diploma + 6 YORE, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Previous experience or knowledge of security clearance application process an asset.
