As the world's premier supplier of naval and maritime sensor solutions, IDS is providing innovative, affordable and breakthrough capabilities to the U.S.Navy’s Fleet with the Air & Missile Defense Radar (AMDR), Enterprise Air Surveillance Radar (EASR) and Engineering and Sustainment Support that make up the SPY-6 program portfolio. This Engineering and Sustainment Support group comprises engineering services and spares contracts that provide follow-on support effort to the AMDR and EASR EMD contracts. The successful candidate will collaborate with key leaders within the Program Office, Engineering, Supply Chain and IPT Leads providing the team with financial management, insight and solutions to better drive the program needs.
In this role, the candidate will execute a variety of program and financial control activities, including quarterly Estimates-at-Complete (EACs), Monthly Program Reviews (MPRs), and contract-specific external deliverables (Monthly Status Report/CSDR). In addition, primary responsibilities will include utilizing the full complement of program controls tools (Business Warehouse, SAP/APEX, PMX Tool Suite) to provide targeted cost and manpower analysis that drives efficiencies. The candidate will be a technical analysis focal point for Control Account Managers (CAMs) and the Program Office to support the development of various program funding profiles, sales outlooks, billing projections, as well as the maintenance of robust program logs and baseline control processes. Additional responsibility may include new business capture support.
The candidate will be a direct report of the Engineering and Sustainment Business Manager. This role will not have direct reports. This position will be an integral part of a fast paced finance team where multitasking and individual initiative are key requirements. This individual may also be required to support senior level projects and other ad hoc data reporting.
