We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our winning team!

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for executing all phases of the Business Development process needed to meet yearly orders goals and targets. This includes prospecting, qualifying and securing new customers while maintaining close business relationships with existing customers to ensure follow-on business. This role will be based out of the Northwest United States.

Job Duties and Requirements:

  • Develop, coordinate and lead numerous campaigns and strategies across all products, services, facilities, and customers concurrently
  • Responsible for the formulation of strategic marketing plans, opportunity-specific capture plans, proposal presentations and negotiations of the final agreement
  • Working in a matrix environment, you are expected to engage effectively at all levels of Customer and Raytheon ELCAN alike, including Supply Chain, Senior Management, Operations, Program Management, Engineering and Quality Assurance departments.
  • International travel will be required
  • 8 years of related work experience

Technical Requirements we are looking for:
· Effective written and oral communication skills
· Proven “win-win” negotiating skills coupled with a focus on solution selling is an asset.
· Must be able to understand customer requirements, Raytheon ELCAN capabilities, and work with ELCAN to customize solutions that meet customer needs
· Must be able to work in an on-line environment leveraging Skype, conference calls, webinars, and other online collaboration tools
· Minimum education of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physics, Business, or other technical disciplines, with experience in complex, technology driven environments
· Must be a self-starter, comfortable working in a team environment, as well as independently
· Program Management and Supply Chain background is an asset
· Requires the ability to make presentations to an audience of people with varying backgrounds and disciplines
· Proven track record in identifying and qualifying new customers and opportunities in line with a business growth strategy
