Title:

Vendor Analyst

KBR is seeking a Vendor Analyst for the Space and Mission Solutions Division. The Vendor Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing vendor costs and inputs to ensure accuracy and completeness of submission in support of NASA contracts. The Vendor Analyst will also review and analyze vendor invoices to include verifying project coding information, ensuring sufficient funds have been obligated, and resolving invoicing issues with Shared Services, Program Management, and the Vendors. Reconcile invoices against 533 monthly subcontractor input (SDRL) and pricing input to ensure correct charge coding. Route invoices through our in house applications for workflow and invoice management (Tycho and CP Apps), for processing by Accounts Payable. Will review and analyze monthly 533 subcontractor SDRL input, validating that average rates, Monthly trends, and charge coding is consistent. Will reconcile award fee payments to Subcontractors at the end of the award fee periods. May analyze other costs as necessary.

Required Education/Experience:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of experience.
  • Strong background in process improvements.
  • Must be proficient in Excel.
  • Strong CostPoint knowledge preferred.
  • Requires ability to perform numerical, statistical, and/or financial analysis.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills are required.
