SAIC is seeking an administrative assistant to join the National Security Customer Group in supporting our IC customer in Chantilly, VA.
The successful candidate provides administrative support to the Program Manager (PM) and Deputy PM (DPM) to support effective management in support of the Customer mission. Performs routine and non-routine tasks including special projects, and can include, but not limited to:
Responsible for all staff onboarding and offboarding, including coordination with appropriate management, logistics (IT accounts, badges, seating) and ensuring completion of all required processes and documentation.
Maintains administrative program records and staff rosters in appropriate program or customer tools and file structures.
Supports the PM/DPM in managing calendars, scheduling meetings including conference room reservations and coordinating logistics for program meetings including All Hands.
Supports PM/DPM in developing and submitting recurring administrative reports including personnel reports and monthly activities reports and other CDRLs.
Performs adhoc support across a variety of administrative needs as needed, including but not limited to: meeting notes or minutes, ordering or securing supplies, answering phones, respond to customer/client/employee inquiries, and other office administrative duties as required.
Interacts with Program leadership and staff, and Customer leadership (on program related actions or tasks)
Documents being handled can be sensitive in nature (personnel rosters, expense reports, etc)
