SAIC is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to help provide application support within the BMC ITSM Suite. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of the BMC ITSM platform. Employee must be a strong team member who excels in customer service skills and be effective in communication with clients, management and fellow employees.
Major or minor degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Programming Technology OR related information management technology discipline. (Firm foundation in fundamentals of computing system environments, development methodology).
Ability to work closely with an experienced team
Ability to interact with customers and determine requirements
Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server class operating systems
1-year hands on experience with administration and configuration of the BMC ITSM suite or application development experience
