SAIC is seeking candidates as the Lead Communications Trainer/Mentor to the Tanzania "TAWA" Staff on our AFRICAP program. The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Mentor, advise, assist, and/or instruct and supervise TAWA Staff on the operation and maintenance of communications systems
Assist in the development of POIs, lesson plans, and training support packages for individual and collective training.
Review and apply appropriate technical information and doctrine applicable to the task to the project.
THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON GOVERNMENT AWARD
5 Years’ experience US Military or Law Enforcement Communications Occupational Specialty including installing, operating, and maintaining voice, data, and information systems.
2 Years’ experience as a Trainer / Mentor for communications personnel
Demonstrated prior professional experience requiring strong interpersonal and team building skills.
Demonstrated prior professional experience requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated prior professional experience requiring strong MS Suite skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Demonstrated professional experience with the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Defense, or other Government contracting agencies
Demonstrated professional experience requiring briefing both internal and external customers.
Demonstrated professional experience with the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Defense, or other Government contracting agencies.
