Description

The Defense Systems Group of SAIC is seeking an Intelligence Analyst with a TS/SCI Polygraph to work onsite with our customer at Ft. Meade in Maryland.

The Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for participating in planning, coordination, drafting, and delivery of intelligence content and products supporting military cyberspace planning and operations. 

Additional responsibilities may include:

 

  • Producing high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior U.S. government intelligence and network operations officials.
  • Conducting research, correlate threat data from various sources, and provide analyses using technical, human, and open source intelligence focused on threats to networks, weapons platforms, and/or military infrastructure and operations. 
  • Evaluating collection, identify knowledge gaps, and assist in developing collection strategies and plans to address gaps.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience in intelligence analysis and/or collection operations with a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or seven (7) years of experience with a Master’s degree. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Formal coursework should include coding, scripting, network technologies, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
  • Minimum of three years supporting cyberspace planning, target development, and operations. 
  • Education and/or training in intelligence, joint military planning, and cyberspace and information operations, with experience at national or joint organizations.  

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:

  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

Desired Qualifications

 

DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • JTS or experience in Target Development.
  • Experience supporting exercise development from design through incorporating lessons learned to improve TTPs, processes and operational readiness.
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Professional certification in intelligence analysis, intelligence operations, or security operations.
