Description

The Defense Systems Group of SAIC is seeking an Information Operations Analyst with a TS/SCI Polygraph to work onsite with our customer at Ft. Meade in Maryland.

 

The Information Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing onsite expertise with the responsibilities associated with Information Operations (IO) planning, coordination and execution oversight.

 

Additional responsibilities may include:

 

  • Assisting in the integration of all information operations tools to include MISO, EW, MILDEC, OPSEC, CNO, and Special Technical Operations (STO). 
  • Advising on integration of information operations into Combatant Command and Service operations and support in evaluating and coordinating implementation of MARFORCYBER and Service strategies, plans and policies. 
  • Providing onsite expertise and support to IO crisis planning groups, as well as provide coordinated planning to synchronize all compartmented IO and STO plans in support of MARFORCYBER’s operational requirements. 
  • Coordinating and assist in the deconfliction of IO actions and activities with the Joint Staff, other Combatant Commands, components, service staff, supporting commands, and other government agencies.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum ten (10) years of Cyberspace Operations experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field; or seven (7) years of experience with a Master’s Degree.  Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Extensive and comprehensive knowledge, and experience in Operational Planning, IO planning, coordination and execution planning in all IO tools to include MISO, EW, MILDEC, OPSEC, CNO, and Special Technical Operations (STO). 
  • Recent relevant knowledge on the USCYBERCOM, MARFORCYBER and USSOCOM and have assisted in researching plans to influence, disrupt, and degrade adversaries’ capabilities.

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph

Desired Qualifications

 

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

  • Advanced degree and or Advanced Military Education or Service school equivalent. 
  • Graduate of the Operations Planners Course and Joint Military Planning Course.
