The Windows End User Administrator (EUA) team
provides support, configuration and administration of DHCP, file and print
servers and Active Directory standard and elevated user accounts for the Department
of Interior (DOI).
Manage and create DHCP scopes and
reservations for laptops/workstations and printers.
Configure and maintain print queues and
permissions for print servers.
Responsible for standard user
provisioning/de-provisioning and management in active directory including,
cross Domain user access, security group management for directory file share
access, VPN access and initial email account attribute setup.

and installing applications.
resolves technical problems and provides on-call support. Performs research for problems, defines

Required Experience & Education
High School & up to 2 years of related experience; Bachelors degree preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Windows 2012, 2016, 2019
