The contractor shall provide independent technical analysis to support employing a strong and consistent technical expertise and policy presence at the multilateral decision table, making sound recommendations to strengthen supplier arrangements and closing potential gaps in guidelines and controls that may be exploitable by proliferants/non-state actors, or that might require enhancements due to technological advances in the nuclear field.


Candidate will provide as needed Subject Matter Expertise to support the Policy Team.  This includes but is not limited to – Participating in Part 810 calls, supporting Proliferation Research and Analysis Projects, assisting in the development of case studies, support development of applicable reports.

Analyzes actual and predictable interacting operational activities of a military, governmental, or business system to obtain a qualitative or quantitative, rational basis for decision-making, policies (e.g., Doctrine, Organization, Training, Leader Development, Material, Personnel, Facilities) or resource allocation in support of US Government policy goals and objectives. Utilizes judgment, experience and subject matter expertise, decision support tools, and basic to extremely complex modeling and measurement techniques, mathematics, statistical methods and other principles in the professional body of knowledge in determining solutions. Provides integral policy support in the capability development and integration of solutions and the conceptualization, design, development, testing, verification and validation, documentation, and implementation of modeling and simulation based decision support system applications. (It should be understood that this is not intended to be a detailed nor comprehensive description of any individual employee's job content. Managers set the specific duties and responsibilities for each employee). Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness. Apply and/or develop highly advanced principles, theories and concepts. Viewed as an expert in the field. Participates with senior management to establish strategic plans and objectives.



Bachelors and eighteen (18) years or more of related experience; Masters and sixteen (16) years or more experience.
