SAIC is seeking experienced Passive Geolocation Senior Mentors to provide intelligence support for contingency operations, battle staff and operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI) to include analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability. Monitors and analyzes all strategic and operational aspects of political, military, and economic developments for the countries in the AORs and AOIs. Assesses future and on-going political-military developments, military capabilities and doctrine, weapons acquisitions, and employment of military forces within each country (including the U.S.). Researches, authors, and coordinates threat assessments to support the Commander and the senior leadership as well. May focus on domestic as well as international threats. Considered to be a recognized authority in this area of expertise. Intelligence analysis may include; IMINT, SIGINT, ELINT, HUMINT, or MASINT. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. May support development and analysis of intelligence products. Presents analysis or products to customers. May support policy and procedures development for agency, interagency, or community wide support. Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the field. General knowledge of other related disciplines. Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet outlined objectives. Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance. Work is reviewed by management to measure whether objectives have been met. PROBLEM COMPLEXITY: Provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Solutions are imaginative, thorough, practicable and consistent with organization objectives. FREEDOM TO ACT: Works under only general direction. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. IMPACT: Contributes to completion of specific programs and projects. LIASON: Frequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts. Represents organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.
Five (5) years of operational experience within the last seven (7) years; producing precision T/FDOA geolocations solutions from terrestrial, airborne and/or space borne systems, with NSA, one of the Service Cryptologic Elements, or another government intelligence agency (as a government employee or as a contractor).
Current instructor experience is passive geolocation technologies is required.
Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. If needed, the candidate must be willing to take and pass the necessary polygraph required.
Five (5) years of operational experience conducting RF collection and/or Direction Finding operations
