SAIC is seeking a Executive Assistant for a dynamic contract supporting an Intelligence Community customer. Join our fantastic team supporting an exciting mission that impacts national security.

  • Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing senior executive leadership's daily calendar and schedule/itinerary.

  • Managing travel arrangements and generating expense reports via Defense Travel System (DTS) for senior executive leadership.

  • Arranging video teleconferences (VTCs)/tandberg desktop teleconferences (DVTCs) and reserving conference rooms for senior executive leadership.

  • Compiling presentations/reports for senior executive leadership.

  • Disseminating senior executive leadership's invitations to points of contact inside and outside the organization.

  • Coordinating/arranging offsite visits and ensuring security clearances are passed for senior executive leadership.

  • Coordinating/supporting/escorting personnel from other organizations/agencies visiting the senior executive leadership.

  • Coordinating/supporting the organization's staff director on assigned tasks.

  • Managing/updating personnel directory for the organization.

  • Answering and managing incoming phone calls/office visits for the senior executive leadership.

  • Supporting Staff Director on designated projects/tasks.













  • Must have active/current TS/SCI clearance

  • Must have active/current CI Polygraph within last 2 years

  • Requires a Bachelor Degree (4-years) or equivalency in Secretarial and Administrative Support School plus 3 years work experience.

  • Must have minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant

  • Must have well-versed/experienced in MS Outlook suites, including PowerPoint, excel, etc....

  • Must have experience using Defense Travel System.

  • Requires someone with great organizational skill sets.

  • Requires someone who can multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks.

  • Must be able to work under pressure.

  • Must have experience working with various personalities.

  • Tactful demeanor and intuitive skill sets.

  • Must be adaptable to a given situation.




Desired Qualifications


  • Current TS/SCI (within last 4 years) clearance granted by DIA.

  • Current DIA CI Polygraph (within last 4 years)

  • Current certification in Defense Travel System

  • Familiar with the DIA organization/Intelligence Community
