Job Summary

The role will entail strategic planning, leading and execution of Aecom’s project delivery capabilities through the implementation of new and emerging tools and progressive workflows to leverage virtual design, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and other digital approaches to deliver projects faster, lower cost, and to higher quality across our Middle East and India design centres. Initial focus will be on developing the delivery capabilities of our Masterplanning and Buildings (Architecture and Engineering) teams.

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven track record in leading Digital Design Delivery, including change management from traditional design processes at an international design practice.

  • 10+ years managing design delivery in the Built Environment (Architecture or Engineering discipline) with at least 5 years in Digital Design Delivery environment at an international design practice

  • In depth working knowledge of BIM software, standards, and best practice across the Built Environment

  • Self-starter and possess drive to pursue and continue education in digital design, analytics and BIM

  • Excellent leadership, communication and technical skills with ability to lead and work as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional qualification in BIM with a discipline professional qualification in building design such Architecture (RIBA, AIA or equivalent) or Engineering (CIBSE, ICE, IStructE, or equivalent)
