IT Helpdesk Analyst - Military veterans preferred

Job Summary

Aecom is actively seeking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Analyst for employment in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for entry-level support of all computer systems within the TMC(s).

• Handling first response calls to the Helpdesk (phone, e-mail, and online), logging the initial call, and detailing the response given to each caller.

Minimum Requirements

• Associates Degree or High school diploma/GED equivalent and 2 years of relevant experience

• Must pass a State and Federal criminal history/security pre-employment background check

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen

• Must pass a State and Federal criminal history/security background check; must also successfully complete Joint Task Force (JTF) Security Clearance Process which includes fingerprinting process.

• Physically able, with or without an accommodation, to work in an office environment. Position requires frequent keyboard/mouse operations, performing repetitive fine hand movements, and sitting for long periods of time; Rarely standing/walking. Position will include wearing a dispatch headset, viewing CCTV camera displays, and listening to law enforcement radio broadcasts.
