To support our succesful Civil Infrastructure department we are currently seeking a Project Manager to help perfom various technical and administrative project management duties, such as:

  • Client management, client liaison and technical design responsibilities;

  • Quality control to ISO 9001 standards;

  • Taking of minutes and following through on actions to ensure that the project is managed efficiently and effectively;

  • Developing MS Project programmes to ensure project timeline control;

  • Developing and following through on action lists to ensure the project is managed appropriately;

  • Conduct the Project Management business to ensure repeat business;

  • Maintaining daily diaries and monitoring progress;

  • Taking ownership of and overseeing the successful closing out of direct and nominated action items and following up open tasks.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimal 5 years working experience in an engineering or technical consultancy sector, preferably focused on large transportation projects.

  • Relevant Degree or Diploma (Project Management, Civil Engineering, etc).

  • Experience in dealing with clients and the delivery of their actions.

  • Familiarity with Swedish design standards and procedures.

  • Able to deal with large volumes of disparate information.

  • As a person you are willing to learn, have good organizational skills, a keen attention to detail and you are a clear and able communicator who can display a sense of accountability driven by a willingness to take ownership. You display integrity and honesty, are direct and straight-forward and maintain a positive attitude.

  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
