Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a Project Assistant in our Orange, CA are responsible for assisting Project Managers and Field Managers from the project inception (Planning) through project closeout.
Duties include:
Attend project meetings, prepare and distribute meeting minutes, actions and Issues logs.
Assist in the establishment of documentation and associated change control policies and procedures.
Assist with generation and editing of documents and document templates.
Assist in the management of electronic communications and document management systems.
Assist in managing schedules and plans associated with various projects.
Perform periodic QC of document controls to evaluate compliance to requirements.
Assist with document control and training compliance within the Quality Management System.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and other programs to accomplish work.
Minimum Requirements
HS and 4 years of relevant experience or AA / AS with 2 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications
BS/BA
