Job Summary

  • Monitor and record cost accounting, budget and other financial transactions

  • Provide the PMs with indicators about the financial work progress and problems related to the project in order to be able to take suitable decisions

  • Continuously monitor and record costs and financial transactions to identify trends and variances that may affect agreed upon project budget

  • Determine the total cost of the project by estimating the costs and the budgets' status upon which the employer provides the necessary finance and specifies his financial resources.

  • Analyse technical tender documents, cross check quantity take off, specification and BOQ

  • Monitor, during the design stage, the main cost impacts of the project using the distribution of the elements, material descriptions and implementation tasks

  • Provide independent project cost estimates and monitor for deviations from the project plan in order to take the corrective measures

  • Monitor and account for factors that may affect the project's budget and provide estimates of contract modification costs

  • Preparing and organizing financial monitoring system and a cost, budget and expense report that includes expected costs and cash flow tables

  • Monitoring contractor’s manpower and material cost indicators according data availability

Minimum Requirements

10+ years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance
