Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a Document Controls Administrator. Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited too;

  • Establishing a procedural framework for identifying, collecting, distributing and filing the controlled documents for the Program

  • Ensure the information and management control system is implemented in compliance with the Client’s standard

  • Provide support to the program management team and troubleshoot day-to-day activities within the document control group

  • Assist in training program personnel to use the electronic documentmanagement

  • AdministerBlueBeam software

  • Create new user accounts and assign passwords

  • Collect, transfer, create, log comments

  • Data entry, processing, and scanning of all program document types

  • Perform quality check for data entered into the system

  • Track responses to open action correspondence

  • Assist department manager with administrative tasks with a focus on data accuracy

  • Attend program and project calls and meetings

Minimum Requirements

BA/BS + 4 years or related experience or demonstrated equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

NYC agency experience
