Job Summary

You will work within the KSA finance team supporting the financial planning process. Responsibilities would include

analysing

the financial performance of the AECOM Arabia business; with key responsibilities for management reporting, planning and forecasting.

Working capital management would be a key aspect to the role; including supporting the operating

cashflow

forecast and updating the bank finance model.

The role could also support the project accounting process; including assisting project managers with the preparation and update of the EAC for active projects.

Other areas:

  • Support the preparation of the quarterly Board presentation pack to a higher quality standard.

  • The management of business risks and assisting the Project Accounting Manager in anticipating and preventing unexpected situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse

and monitor the performance of the AECOM Arabia business and support Executive Management in understanding the underlying performance, exceptions and key issues. This should

include but

not limited

to the

following:

  • Gross Service Revenue and Net Service Revenue Trends

  • Gross and Net Margin performance

  • Project Performance

  • Analysis of Business Development spend

  • Utilization trends and analysis

  • IndirectLabour variance analysis

  • Contracted and Awarded Backlog positions and Bookto Burn Ratio identifying issues

  • Project Wins / Business Development Return on Investment

  • Headcount analysis

  • Working Capital and DSO Performance

Liaise with the Business Line leaders in support of queries on performance Work with project managers when required to review project performance. Manage and develop the annual budget and forecasting process Draft presentations to report performance as required Other duties as identified and required by the VP Finance.

Specific skills required:

  • Strong knowledge of Business and Financialperformance including, profit and loss, working capital and project accounting. Ability to understand trends and prepare forecasts. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Strong financial modelling skills and ability to work with ERP systems.

  • Flexibility to respond to changing priorities.

  • Able to speak confidently to Senior Executives to explain financial performance and have the ability to influence and support them in decision making.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • High level professionalism, initiative and creativity.

  • Problem solving/lateral thinking skills.

  • Ability to use discretion and keep work matters confidential when required.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3-5Year’s experience in Finance and Accounting. PLC / multinational experience preferred.

  • Strong excel skills and good attention to detail.

  • Able to work under adhere to tight deadlines.

Additional Comments:

  • Role is based inRiyadh KSA but will require travel to other parts of KSA and Middle East Countriesoccasionally.

  • Saudi Nationals only.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level in Finance / Accounting or equivalent.
