Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a Construction Project Manager - Project Controls for Design, Planning, Construction and Close-out of projects. Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited too;

  • Apply Project Controls for Schedule reviews, Earned Value analysis with Primavera P6 with precise reports.

  • Directly and solely manage Project Contracts for projects.

  • Monitor Project Deliverables for from contractors and convey precise data with Excel spreadsheets.

  • Conduct Pre-bid meetings, UFT and progress meeting for tracking efficient working of projects.

  • Prepare Cost Estimates for Change Orders and Fair & Reasonable estimates.

  • Process Progress Payments, Change orders and negotiate within parties per drawings and specifications.

  • Assist A&E for getting the projects accomplished with Construction feasibility with Designs and Estimates.

  • Audit the contractor efficiency and rectify project processed for ensuring targets with quality and correct performance issues.

  • Monitor inspections with DOB inspectors and provide substantial and final completions certificates.

  • Develop Procedures and establish operations required to survey, document to evaluate and analyze the infrastructure construction with safety and security of projects.

Minimum Requirements

BA/BS + 4 Years of related experience or demonstrated equivalent.
