Job Summary

  • General administrative duties to include typing letters, minutes of meetings, report production, booking conferences and training.

  • Assisting in preparation of formal documents for internal and external use.

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing communications (calls/post/emails) from the business & supply chain.

  • Supporting the EMEA supplier onboarding process and related dependencies

  • Creation of daily car hire (Enterprise and Flex-E-Rent) reports and maintenance of the MID

  • Handling car fines & violations process, including communicating with drivers and relevant parties, coding and approval of invoices in Markview and creation of spreadsheets for HR/Payroll

  • Updating procurement documentation, process flows and associated materials as required

  • Other tasks that may be required to be defined by the EMEA Procurement team

Skills required for the job:

  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills

  • Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint

  • Prepared, if required to do so, join relevant professional bodies, e.g. Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS)

  • Use all available internal and external resources to support continuous professional development.

  • Good working knowledge of FIDIC contracts or similar

  • Specific systems tools used - ETABS, SAFE etc.

Minimum Requirements

3 + years experience.

Preferred Qualifications

National Diploma in Finance / National Diploma in Procurement or equivalent.
