General administrative duties to include typing letters, minutes of meetings, report production, booking conferences and training.
Assisting in preparation of formal documents for internal and external use.
Dealing with incoming and outgoing communications (calls/post/emails) from the business & supply chain.
Supporting the EMEA supplier onboarding process and related dependencies
Creation of daily car hire (Enterprise and Flex-E-Rent) reports and maintenance of the MID
Handling car fines & violations process, including communicating with drivers and relevant parties, coding and approval of invoices in Markview and creation of spreadsheets for HR/Payroll
Updating procurement documentation, process flows and associated materials as required
Other tasks that may be required to be defined by the EMEA Procurement team
Skills required for the job:
Excellent verbal and written English language skills
Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint
Prepared, if required to do so, join relevant professional bodies, e.g. Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS)
Use all available internal and external resources to support continuous professional development.
Good working knowledge of FIDIC contracts or similar
Specific systems tools used - ETABS, SAFE etc.
3 + years experience.
National Diploma in Finance / National Diploma in Procurement or equivalent.
