AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Client Account Manager to assist in supporting our Municipal Water & Wastewater projects. This position can be based out of any of our Greater Toronto Area locations.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:
Identify upcoming water and wastewater pursuits in the municipal water/wastewater market that are consistent with AECOMs water business line and growth strategy.
Serve as AECOMs primary point of contact with clients, and continually considering how clients can best be served by AECOM and ensuring high-quality service is provided.
Understand AECOMs obligations on current client contracts.
Manage, support and/or lead project teams on the design of water and sanitary sewer conveyance systems; municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities; infrastructure condition assessment and rehabilitation; master planning, and other studies.
Regularly meet with client staff from multiple levels of the client’s organization to obtain feedback on AECOM's performance and identify opportunities.
Monitor client satisfaction and addresses performance issues.
Prepare Client Account Plan and Capture Plans.
Be the first person involved in the Go-No-Go decision making process in working with regional and national market sector leaders.
Ensure public sector clients become a sustainable source of repeat business.
Develop marketing and client capture strategies.
Establish relationships with both external and internal clients and customers.
Lead the proposal development process including Statement of Qualifications, Technical Proposals and Presentations
Support project teams on existing municipal projects
Bachelor's Degree + 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Proven water, wastewater or conveyance planning, design, and/or construction experience.
Client account management experience
Must have client account management experience and knowledge and/or experience in water and wastewater treatment and/or conveyance systems, planning studies, condition assessments, and rehabilitation and repair projects
Degree in Civil or related Engineering discipline preferred
Proven track record with client account management, relationship development, brand elevation, project pursuit execution, and engineering/technical sales.
Experience in the full spectrum of client service, starting with positioning activities, proposal development, and delivery of project designs.
Exceptional technical skills and experience managing/delivering water/wastewater infrastructure projects would be an asset
Desire to serve and lead in a deliberate and focused, yet fast-paced team environment.
Familiarity and experience in Project Management and Contract Administration, complex work environment and organizational change
P.Eng licensure is an asset
