AECOM is seeking a Travel Coordinator to join our CNRL Albian Project team for the Spring Turnaround season. This is a future opportunity and would be a temporary position.
May include the following responsibilities:
Assembles and analyzes information, prepares reports, agendas and memoranda.
Control and distribution of incoming correspondence.
Collection and completing action items of outgoing correspondence.
Provide general office support to all site personnel.
Receives incoming telephone calls and handles inquiries, takes messages, and transfers calls to appropriate party.
Maintains files, keeps records, prepares schedules, makes travel arrangements, compiles reports, and processes documents of a routine nature.
Make commercial travel arrangements and room bookings for AECOM travelers at Husky Sunrise.
Ensure arrangements are in compliance with the company's travel policy.
Ensure booking confirmations, itineraries, and tickets are delivered to the traveler in a timely manner.
Maintain all changes to traveler profiles.
Ensure travelers are provided with departure information, maps, etc.
Maintain careful records of all work done.
Be part of an overall team and liaise with other staff members to ensure continuity and standards are maintained.
Typically uses common word processing and spreadsheet software packages. May use database, graphics, and desktop publishing office machines.
May perform special projects that pertain to departmental goals as directed by supervisor.
Under limited supervision, performs routine to moderately complex clerical, administrative and secretarial duties.
Other duties and projects as required.

In order to be valid, the test must have been conducted at the direction of AECOM - O&G Business Unit.
High School Diploma
Strong ability to prioritize, organize and manage time.
Proficiency with MS Office.
Ability to liaise with all levels of internal and external customers.
Accurate time and data entry skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
CSTS-09 or CSTS2020
