Job Summary

The Glasgow office are looking for an experience Building Surveyor to join an established team.

You will be working on a mixture of pre and post contract projects valued from £2k to £250k and will get involved with all aspects of Building Surveying including dilapidation surveys

Minimum Requirements

You must have the ability to assist on the following:

Technical due diligence exercises

PPM surveys

Schedules of condition

Defect analysis

Measured surveys

We are looking for a candidate that is working their way towards their APC with a view to becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BSc Hons in Building Surveying or equivalent.
