Core Hours - 6:00 - 6:00 To Be Discussed with customer - Monitor incoming emails/phone calls for PM and DPM/Route calls; Monitor incoming communication traffic; Gather information/record on spreadsheet/review for completeness; Record travel information for up to 744 travelers a week; Prepare travel requests for up to 16 week/Courier 1 week; Compile information for travel/provide to necessary parties/ensure correct information is received by program management; Review reports from field for accuracy and verify any discrepancies; Distribute reports; Maintain report files and archive past reports; Research/retrieves information or docs from databases and internet.We are GDIT.
