Travel Required: None

Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program. Performs a variety of administrative and financial related analytical tasks in support of travel tasking. Verifies and maintains travel financial reports and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements. Books travel based on a Travel authorization request (TAR), using the Concur travel system. Analyze travel-funding status and calculates additional travel funding as required and re-submits to Supervisor. Monitors and reports travel financial performance against estimated travel pricing. Interacts with task directive leaders to ensure travel contract conformance. Collects receipts and process Expense reports in a fast paced environment. Ability to multi-task and take direction from more than one Manager. Effective communication and organizational skills. Process Cash Advances. Participates in special financial projects as required.

BA/BS degree or the equivalent experience.

2-5 years of related finance or business analysis experience.
Effective organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of program requirements.
