PROJECT SPECIFIC DUTIES: Provide 24/7 hydrant operations in support of Bagram Airfield, Air Tasking Order (ATO).
-Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair of Hydrant (PLC) Programmable Logic Control's electronics/electrical components such as electronic relays, micros switches, fault indicators, sensors, solenoids, alarms system, AC and DC power supplies and programmable controllers.
-Knowledgeable of trouble shooting procedures, repair, and maintenance of turbine motor pumps, motor pump controllers, timers, sensors, contactors, and relays and differential pressure sensing transmitters.
-Inspect and maintain cathodic protective equipment system, fueling continuity circuits, grounding, electrical switchboard and power circuit distribution panel.
-Reads and interprets electronics/electrical and mechanical schematic diagrams and electrical blue prints
- Liaise with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Fuels Management Team (FMT), Civil Engineering, and other government agencies and representatives.
- Safely operate standard/specialized vehicles and equipment to perform routine maintenance tasks
- Security Clearance: Must have and maintain a DOD Secret Clearance
