Description:
Szanca Solutions is hiring an End User Tech to work with the DoD. The project is long term and will work with infrastructure, and providing IT solutions and services to TS networks on CONUS and OCONUS locations.
o Provides technical, operations, and training support to users of new end user equipment and provides leave behind materials
o Performs tech refresh installs and setups for outdated equipment
o Assists in planning and designing PC support systems
o Installs, tests, and documents applications software programs
o Develops reports
o Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
o To qualify for level two the minimum education and experience level is a high School/GED with eight (8) years of experience. Equivalent education and experience: Associate's degree and five (5) years of experience or Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience.
o Experience providing technical support to users of company's personal computers
o Experience pulling cables and installing PC's
o Should have some of the following - End User Service, Hardware Desktop Break Fix, Desktop Phone, Thin Client Break
