Ware house support for the Toyota program 

Maintain and repair technological equipment or peripheral devices

Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated

Troubleshoot system failures and provide solutions to restore functionality

Keep records of repairs for future reference

Offer timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers correctly

Supervision Received: General supervision and instructions given for routine work, and detailed instructions given for new activities or special assignments. IMPACT: Errors may be detected and corrected but may cause moderate loss of time or customer/user dissatisfaction. 
LIAISON: Contacts are typically with individuals within own department and occasionally with contacts outside own organization. Contacts involved obtaining or providing information or data requiring some explanation or interpretation.


TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: AA Degree in related discipline and three (3) years related experience; Or, High School and five (5) years of related experience.

Experience as a highly skilled network administrator, with strong knowledge of network security at desktop, server and internet levels.  
Extensive experience in building, improving, supporting and architecting ASP-type infrastructures with expertise troubleshooting, in distributed multi-tier platforms in various environments.
