AECOM is looking for a Strong Construction Manager for a 6 month project in Evanston, Indiana.
Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.
BS Degree and 4 yore, AS Degree and 7 yore or HS and 10 yore
10 Years of Construction Management/ supervisory experience.
Experience working with sub-contractor and managing projects.
Ability to travel up to 100% to job location in Indiana or temporarily relocate.
