Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a Contract Administrator for the Freight Rail Group located in Philadelphia, PA. Candidates are required to have a Bachelor’s Degree, with experience in the railroad or real estate industries a plus.

This position will provide administrative and contract support to several programs administered by AECOM for the freight rail business line in the Philadelphia office. The position requires word processing, correspondence e-mails/letters, initiating correspondence as required, assisting in the preparation of invoices, filing, drafting and transmitting agreements, distribution of incoming documents, data entry, managing information on client database, and general office duties.

This position requires an organized, detailed-oriented person with excellent interpersonal skills. Position will require some client interaction. Tasks associated with this position will include:

  • Electronic database management

  • Support for project management and project accounting

  • Assist project engineers in the timely handling of various tasks within the contract

This is a dynamic position with a well-established client base with whom we hope to continue to serve. The successful candidate will be client focused and detail oriented, while still able to see the big picture and continue growing and developing the contract.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 4 plus years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 6 plus years of experience
