Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Federal Contract Reporting Analyst for immediate employment at the Greenwood Village, CO office. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Gather and maintain a wide array of data-related federal contract processes and reports. This involves both entering information into existing databases and creating new business processes to accurately input and store critical Contracts and Procurement data.

  • Work with data structures and metadata to ensure consistency, security, and accessibility.

  • Prepare federal contract related reports, documents and presentations for management and executives from current Contact for Federal Contracts and Procurement (FCAP) SQL Server database in various MSFT Office suite applications.

  • Train employees how to follow company standards and procedures when creating reports.

  • Examine reports to locate and resolve errors.

  • Develop and maintain various business process documents.

  • Serve as the primary Point of Contact for FCAP database for report creation, modification, training and user access.

  • Interface with contract managers on contractual housekeeping items.

  • Additional tasks in support of the above requirements as necessary.

  • Attention to detail is a critical skill for this position.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

  • 4+ years of demonstrated equivalent experience.

  • Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience and deep familiarization with SharePoint 2016+/O365 SharePoint Online lists, libraries and workflows.

  • Must be proficient in MSFT Office suite with emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook. Must be able to create informative charts, graphs and pivot tables in Excel.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization, both orally and in writing.

  • Ability to learn key terms and items to become proficient in interpreting contractual documents.

  • Good reading and research analysis and math skills.

  • Must be able to work independently or on a team.

  • Excellent people skills offering effective customer support and client satisfaction a must. Will receive direction and requests from multiple parties.

  • Must have strong multi-tasking prioritization skills in addition to good statistical and critical thinking skills.

  • Attention to detail is a critical skill for this position.

  • Experience in creating reports and presentations from SQL Server a plus.

  • Basic understanding in government contracting.

  • Knowledge of federal government contracting processes and procedures.

  • Ability to represent AECOM in a professional manner.
