Ware house support for the Toyota program
Maintain and repair technological equipment or peripheral devices
Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated
Troubleshoot system failures and provide solutions to restore functionality
Keep records of repairs for future referenceOffer timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers correctly
QualificationsTYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: AA Degree in related discipline and three (3) years related experience; Or, High School and five (5) years of related experience.
Field Technician and Computer Technician
Experience working on PC’s, HP computers and Mac laptops
Reconfiguring computers to imaging hard drives daily
Traveling to client sites and assisting with their technical issues
Service Now, Zendesk and Spiceworks ticketing system
Desired Certification: A+ certification.
Hardware: HP Computers, Mac computers, PC’s, motherboards, hard drives
Ticketing System: Zendesk, ServiceNow, Spiceworks
Operating Systems: Windows 7, Windows 10
Application: Microsoft Office Suite
