AECOM is seeking to hire an Architect in Poznan, Poland. Successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects in multinational environment from feasibility stage through to detailed design.

Job Duties / Zakres obowi?zków

• Delivering architectural design on time and within budgeted hours

• Modeling designed elements in BIM software

• Knowledge of applicable building regulations, design standards and specifications

• Delivering architectural design according to the company and clients standards

• Verification of design packages

• Assigning tasks and coordinating with junior architects and technicians

• Performing peer review of other designers’ work

• Conducting code compliance checks

• Preparing life safety plans

• Preforming interdisciplinary coordination

• Supporting and developing architectural assistants.

• Wykonanie projektów architektonicznych zgodnie z harmonogramem i okre?lonym bud?etem

• Modelowanie rozwi?za? projektowych w oprogramowaniu BIM

• Znajomo?? regulacji prawnych, przepisów oraz specyfikacji technicznych

• Wykonywanie projektów zgodnie ze standardami firmowymi i wymaganiami Klienta

• Sprawdzanie oraz zatwierdzanie gotowych projektów

• Organizacja pracy m?odszych architektów i asystentów

• Porównanie zgodno?ci polskich i zagranicznych przepisów technicznych

• Przygotowanie planów bezpiecze?stwa

• Koordynacja mi?dzybran?owa

• Wspieranie i pomoc w rozwoju asystentów

Specific Skills Required / Dodatkowe kwalifikacje

• English language - at least B2 level, German would be an advantage

• Znajomo?ci j?zyka angielskiego na poziomie Intermediate level (B2 in EU), znajomo?? j?zyka niemieckiego b?dzie dodatkowym atutem

Minimum Requirements

Our requirements / Od kandydatów (-tek) oczekujemy:

• MSc in architecture

• Professional license in architecture

• Minimum 4 years full time working experience in architectural design

• Good knowledge of building codes and standards

• Good skills in architectural software (Revit, Autocad)

• English language skills minimum at Intermediate level (B2 in EU)

• Personal skills: well organized, responsible

• Experience in military projects would be an advantage

• Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) familiarity would be an advantage

• Wykszta?cenia wy?szego w kierunku architektura (mgr in?. architekt)

• Uprawnie? budowlanych w specjalno?ci architektonicznej

• Dobrej znajomo?ci przepisów technicznych/budowlanych

• Przynajmniej czteroletniej praktyki projektowej

• Dobrej najomo?ci oprogramowania (Revit, Autocad)

• Znajomo?ci j?zyka angielskiego na poziomie B2

• Dobrej organizacji pracy w?asnej i zaanga?owania

• Do?wiadczenie w projektach wojskowych b?dzie dodatkowym atutem

• Znajomo?? standardów Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) b?dzie dodatkowym atutem

Preferred Qualifications
