Responsibilities include but not limited too:

  • Assists with the planning and coordination of sub-contractor activities within the area of BIM (Building Information Management) systems

  • Manages production and coordination of construction documents

  • Produce graphics materials and images for client presentations

  • Attend project and client meetings with project architects

  • Monitors subcontractor personnel to ensure adherence with project plans and promotes quality control of all installations

  • Reviews manpower, material, equipment requirements with others as designated by supervising superintendent.

  • Enforces policies, procedures and related work rules as established by Field Management.

Minimum Requirements

  • BA/BS + None or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

  • BA/BS + None or AA/AS (US) + two years of related experience or Diploma + two years of related experience or HS/GED + four years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications

experience with AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), 3DRendering Programs
