Function as an integral member (military and civilians) of a team of trained professionals responsible for the operations and maintenance of support facilities and equipment for USAF personnel and resources. Manage and execute fitness programs and operate facilities at several service locations. Will actively engage with guests regarding programs and events and shall encourage participation and be present at events to effectively manage and monitor the programs.
Special Fitness Events: Will plan and host a variety of special fitness events to include competitions such as weightlifting and fun runs.
Will plan and host fitness classes such as step aerobics, cross fit, Pilates, yoga, and circuit training. Classes shall be conducted at the west side fitness facilities and accommodate all work shifts. Volunteers may be used to teach classes in addition to the 10 classes required by Contractor staff according to workload. The monthly class list will be approved by the 455 EFSS Commander and the COR.
Fitness Programs: Will implement fitness incentive programs, such as 200 mile run, Fit to Fight, Biggest Loser and Pounders, or equally creative programming.
Incentive Prizes: Will design all T-Shirts, medals, and trophies IAW AFCENT guidelines. Requirements and designs for incentive prizes such as T-Shirts and trophies shall be submitted to the COR for approval at least four (4) weeks prior to the event. The Contractor shall identify requirements, prepare and process necessary documentation (i.e. Form 9's) IAW BAF procedures. The Government will provide T-Shirts, medals and trophies.
Reports: Will prepare and submit Event After Action reports to the COR and NAF accountant within 48 hours after the completion of an Event.
Fitness Center Regulations: Will display a listing of Fitness Center Rules and Regulations and will enforce THESE REGULATIONS TO ENSURE A SAFE FITNESS ENVIRONMENT.Required Skills:
