SAIC has an opening for a Senior Marketing and Multimedia Design Analyst.
Responsibilities: Duties include developing plans, initiatives, and evaluating a comprehensive marketing plan and implementation strategy. Plans, develops, and implements marketing research, audit, and analysis to ascertain perceptions, attitudes, and expectations of audiences. Uses market research techniques that include; but are not limited to the development and use of appropriate survey instruments, focus groups, and statistical analysis of results to assist in identifying target population. Implements marketing objectives, and monitors and evaluates effectiveness of implementation strategies.
Drives and leads development and execution of digital strategies to facilitate online engagement.
Develops and implements strategies and tactical programs to engage and influence online audiences. Builds strategic and compelling content strategies across a variety of social and digital platforms. Demonstrates professional experience with digital communications/marketing, and a clear understanding how to apply tools and technology to infuse innovative digital and social strategies into new and existing work. Required Skills: This position requires strong analytical skills; the ability to take complex information and distill it for non-expert audiences; the ability to determine the appropriate media and distribution for varying audiences; and the ability to lead teams in successfully completing tasks. Candidate should be capable of the direct customer and peer group interaction necessary to independently document objectives, establish the criteria necessary to meet the documented objectives, and gain consensus or the cooperation necessary for a successful outcome. A successful candidate should also have at least 10 years of experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite, and very strong skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Most of our work is done on the Macintosh, but we prefer an applicant who can work in a cross-platform environment. The ability to design and deliver in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is important. Pre-press knowledge and understanding of graphics terminology and production procedures are also essential. The position also requires the following:
