Job Summary

AECOM is hiring a Product Manager to work in our New York City office. Our team’s office is located downtown Manhattan just minutes from Wall Street and Battery Park. We have products that are deployed globally with high volumes of user reach both internal and external to AECOM. We work with some of the top product development professionals within the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry and are considered technology leaders within AECOM across multiple countries.

Our team is rapidly growing, cross-functional, and agile in day to day delivery of cutting-edge technologies primary hosted on Amazon Web Services. We are seeking a Product Manager that that has experience working with technical, design and business focused stakeholders with attention to project delivery.

Responsibilities :

  • Review existing products and demonstrate their business value

  • Review Design and Development works during sprints

  • Work with the Product team to developer Product KPI's for analytics and tracking

  • Develop Product release plan and Roadmap for each product

  • Minimum Viable Product Definition

  • User Flow Diagrams for new or enhanced products

  • Low Fidelity Wire Frame Diagrams for Proof of Concept Products

  • Scheduling and tracking of Inception, Design, and Development Sprints

  • Feature Backlog Management

  • Agile Training to product delivery team

  • Retrospectives at end of Major Sprints

  • User Testing & Interviews for User Feedback Collection

  • Scripted user testing and surveying

Minimum Requirements

  • BA/BS and 4+ years of related experience with 2+ years experience as a Product Manager or AAS degree and 6+ years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education is required.

  • Exhibit expertise in agile workflows for product delivery (SCRUM, CANBAN DAD, etc)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Problem-solving attitude.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction Industry

  • Can demonstrate product success under your direction
