We are in search of an ambitious, self-motivated sales/service executive to develop and nurture our pharmacy clients and prospect to new customers. We provide a base salary of 50K plus UNCAPPED commission for servicing existing accounts and acquiring new clients.

Our Sales & Service Representatives are the key to the success and growth of the company. You will be servicing current pharmacy clients by handling their pharmaceutical returns. The company has been a pioneer in the industry and our exceptional service is the reason we have been in business for over three decades.

The Job Responsibilities


- Ability to articulate our value propositions by phone, email but most importantly, face to face

- Effectively present our service to prospects in hospitals and retail pharmacies

- Encourages the growth and development of the assigned territory

- Experience identifying and qualifying new opportunities with a track record of exceeding expectations

- Demonstrated collaboration and negotiation skills

- Great attitude, self-motivated, and a passion for growth


- Performs on-site inventory of pharmaceutical returns

- Retains current customers while identifying, prospecting and closing new business to achieve revenue and new account goals

- Ability to professionally communicate, both written and verbally including email interaction with clients.

- Become a trusted and valued business partner to the pharmacies in your territory


- Home-based position with travel within a large designated territory

- Tech savvy - skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Pharmacy and/or account management experience a plus

- Strong work ethic, self-motivated and a desire to succeed

- Coachable and accountable team player

- Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software a plus

- Certain physical requirements are needed to perform the essential functions of this position
