IT Business Analyst/Project Manager - Military veterans preferred

Position Summary:

Guaranteed Returns, the industry leader in Pharmaceutical Reverse Distribution, is looking for a hands-on Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our team, reporting to the VP of Information Technology. In this role you will wear both hats, business analyst and project manager, working on new business initiatives, migrations and upgrades to existing systems. You will partner with all business areas to document business requirements, develop specs for the internal development team and utilize project management skills to create project plans for all IT projects.

Duties:

-Work with internal development teams as well as outside vendors and their teams to develop and document business requirements for existing and new initiatives
-Create and manage project plans for existing and new initiatives
-Participate in all aspects of development of in-house custom applications including creating specs and diagrams
-Assist with providing client reporting
-Receive requests from internal customers for service or problem resolution

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree required - preferably in Computer Science
-Strong business analysis and project management skills in all phases of the SDLC and the ability to perform UAT
-3+ years' experience with technology projects supporting web-based/ASP.NET applications
-Minimum 3 years' experience documenting procedures and creating technical Specs for internal development team
-Minimum 2 years' experience supporting SQL-based applications running on Windows
-Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project and Visio required
-Knowledge of SharePoint and Maximizer CRM a plus
