Description

Support a high-volume Naval Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence (C4I) Service Center.

  • Perform Service Center Trouble Ticket status checks with both internal and external customers.

  • Provide on call metrics reports utilizing Microsoft Excel and the trouble ticket analytics-reporting tool.

  • May be asked to provide off-hour support from time to time.




      Qualifications

      Required Education and Experience:

      High School diploma or GED

      Active DoD Secret clearance.

      1+ years of prior IT Helpdesk related work experience in a Windows call center environment.

      1 year of experience with HEAT, TrackIT, Magic, Remedy, Peregrine, or other Ticketing systems is a must.



      Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Windows OS in an enterprise environment

      Strong Oral and written communication skills
