SAIC’s Corporate Information Technology Office (ITO) is seeking a highly effective technology and people leader to manage the Exchange & Skype for Business (SfB) Services team. In this role, you will lead the team from an on premise model to Exchange online and SfB/Teams in Office 365. This position is a key contributor role and will report directly to the Director of Application Services. This role is located in our Orlando, FL location. 


 •  Provide day-to-day direction of team to maintain Exchange and SfB service SLAs 
• Provide performance review, goal setting, career development and coaching with each member of the Exchange and SfB team 
• Partner with the IT Delivery directorate to design, implement and maintain an Office 365 solution for 22,000+ users 
• Identify new opportunities for continuous improvement and automation and be a leading change champion for ongoing process improvement initiatives  
• Partner with Cyber directorate to ensure cyber hygiene practices are followed 
• Adhere to firm change management process, involving quality assurance validation, and techniques and tools to ensure high availability of IT infrastructure 
• Ability to lead multiple, complex initiatives within a fast-paced environment and routinely negotiate with several stakeholders concurrently when priorities change 
• Assist in the development of short-, mid-, and long-term objectives and roadmaps to achieve strategic objectives 
• Actively monitor emerging technologies and trends, standards, and products



  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree
  • Office 365 planning, migration and operation of Exchange and SfB environment
  • Large scale (10,000+ mailbox) Exchange design/migration
  • Strong networking skills, including WAN/VPN/ExpressRoute
  • Able to express difficult and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in writing


  • ITIL Foundations certification
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Knowledgeable around NIST, DFARs, and FedRAMP security control requirements compliance and standards
  • Knowledgeable around Office 365 GCC/GCC High
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA Office 365)
  • Other  Microsoft Certification
