Provide application systems for various operating systems and applications.

Provide application support for implementation activities to include planning performing and implementing installations and upgrades.

Provide application support for maintenance activities to include improving performance with available tools, checking application for problems and reviewing operations to ensure only valid processes are running, optimizing the functionality of application software, diagnosing and recovering failed applications and maintaining application integrity, performance and availability.

Responsible for server and application patching, as well as applying STIGS.

Basic command line experience, preferably Linux/Unix Basic understanding of Windows Servers 2016+

Basic understanding of networking (IP addresses/subnetting)

Basic scripting/coding

Basic understanding of Security best practices 

Experience with any of the following a plus: AWS, DevSecOps, Kubernetes, Ansible, Jenkins

Required Clearance - DOD Secret. This contract requires US Citizenship.

Required certification - Security + CE or higher.

BA/BS and 5 years of experience
