Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage a team of highly technical systems engineer to provide
  • Server installation including Windows Server, Oracle OEL,  Linux and Database Support.
  • Provide Technical expertise in Server Hardware and Software.
  • Conduct Training sessions to ensure all team members are up to date on supported technology, both hardware and software.
  • Cross train employees to provide sufficient coverage across all domains.
  • Maintain staffing levels to provide Tier III technical support related to Server problems.
  • Maintain a healthy balance of skillset among team members to support all required software and enhance this by cross training.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • This position requires demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making, and excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent communication and listening skills as well as experience in customer service.

Job Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making.
  • Experience in Customer Service

Other Requirements:

  • Must have active interim Secret clearance or above
  • Must be able to travel at least 25%

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to type
