Position Overview

This position is for an IT Customer Support Analyst who will provide sustainment support for the Joint Technical Data Integration (JTDI) Program. JTDI is the primary platform for transporting authoritative technical data to maintainers in the ashore, afloat, and expeditionary environments (IETMs, Publications, Training, and Safety Data). It moves Condition Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) data from deployed/operational activities to up line decision support analysts. JTDI resolves multiple problems associated with the global delivery of technical data, particularly transporting data files in Warfighting environments with limited infrastructure, bandwidth, or connectivity.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in weekly sustainment meetings to discuss current NAVAIR National Help Desk (NHD) tickets.
  • Pursue resolution to current NHD tickets and work to rectify challenges facing the operating forces using the JTDI.
  • Provide customers with solutions to issues but if issues are not easily rectified the candidate will escalate tickets to associated JTDI Sustainment Engineers.
  • Provide weekly status reports of tickets associated with JTDI.
  • Interface with Sustainment team to route tickets to correct engineering groups.
  • Work with Sustainment team and customers to resolve customer related issues.
  • Possible travel will be required (10%) or less to train with Sustainment Team members at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL.
  • Provide technical teams support in QA activities with technical documents, meetings, documentation uploads, tracking, form submissions and CDRL Deliveries.

Basic Qualifications

  • Highschool Diploma Required
  • Customer Service Skills that include but are not limited to strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to Obtain Secret Security Clearance
