Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented BIM Manager for immediate employment. The position, located at AECOM’s Kansas City, MO office; which specializes in Sports Architecture, is responsible for preparing designs, for new construction work, and/or renovation of sports related facilities across the US.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting and Directing BIM work-flow

  • Assisting in the setup and direction of new BIM projects

  • Continued development of “best practices” for BIM

  • Development of Staff’s BIM Capabilities

  • BIM and CADD Assistance on all active projects

  • QA/QC – Data Integrity

  • Ability to assist project teams in organization of construction documents

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree + 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Qualifications

  • BIM/Revit manager experience of an office of 50 staff

  • Ability to balance a various tasks, responsibilities, and commitments efficiently and simultaneously

  • Revit document production experience and skills

  • Working knowledge of project design and construction document production, standard construction techniques and principals

  • Advanced Revit experience

  • Navisworks clash detection performance experience

  • A360 / BIM 360 experience

  • ProjectWise experience
