Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a Summer Interiors Intern to be based in Los Angeles, CA.

This position is expected to begin in June and go through August.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in preparation of interior designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings and working drawings

  • Occasional field work may be required to gather building measurements and other data in order to create interior design plans and specifications

  • Assist senior-level designers with development of design solutions, perform site surveys, and maintain resource materials

  • Work under supervision of a project manager or senior-level team member

Minimum Requirements

  • Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field with the intent to continue attendance following the internship.

  • Must have completed one year of study in applicable program
